What counts as a user? +
Every person with a login counts once - owners, admins, and employees. A person who belongs to two departments is still one user.
What happens if we go over the user limit? +
Nobody is cut off. Everyone already in your workspace keeps working, but you can't add more people until you move up to the next tier. Above 99 users you move to a custom Enterprise plan.
Can we change plans later? +
Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle and nothing in your workspace is lost when you switch.
Do the higher plans unlock extra features? +
No. Every plan ships the complete core product - CRM, HR, payroll, projects, support, reporting, and AI. You are only choosing team size and level of rollout support. Optional add-ons (Workspace Messaging, Forms, Assets & Inventory, Email Campaigns, and Field Sales) can be added to any plan.
Is the discounted price permanent? +
It holds for as long as your subscription stays active. If list pricing rises later, existing customers keep the rate they signed up on.
Do we need to pay for setup or migration? +
No. We move your existing data and configure your workflows for you at no cost, on every plan.
What happens to our data if we cancel? +
You can export your records in full at any point, during or after your subscription. Your data stays yours.
Do you offer annual billing? +
