Why we built it

Born from operational friction.

AlineBMS started at Klivo Studios after seeing the same problem across growing teams: customer data lived in one tool, tasks in another, HR in a spreadsheet, and payroll somewhere else. Nothing talked to each other.

We wanted a practical system that could connect the work without costing a fortune or requiring a three-month implementation. It didn’t exist, so we built it.

Today, AlineBMS gives teams one shared view of the work — from the first enquiry to the final payslip.
